The electric heating enamel reactor is based on the working principle of the heat transfer oil in the high-quality electric heater heating jacket uniformly distributed at the bottom of the enamel reactor jacket, and the heat is transferred through the oil bath, so that the materials in the reactor reach the required temperature of the process. It has the characteristics of cleanliness, no pollution, and fast heating. The electric heaters are distributed in oblique plug, vertical plug, diagonal plug and vertical plug staggered, etc. It can be directly connected to single-phase electricity, or it can be connected to 380v power supply through star-shaped, delta-shaped connection, etc. The electric heating enamel reaction kettle produced by our factory is equipped with a fully automatic heating control cabinet, which can realize single or multiple groups of electric heaters working at the same time, with temperature display, motor control, leakage protection and other devices, fully realizing electric heating automation control.

The electric control cabinet equipped with the electric heating enamel reactor has an automatic control constant temperature system, which is more energy-saving and environmentally friendly!

Remark

1. When the working temperature is lower than 0℃ or the design pressure is greater than 0.4Mpa and less than 1.0Mpa, it should be noted when ordering.

2. Other parameters of the electric heating enamel reactor can refer to the standard glass lining reactor of the same specification, and the number of electric heater interfaces is determined according to the user's technological requirements.

Note for electric heating:

Water pressure test should be performed on the jacket with water first, and the water can be drained (no residual water marks are allowed) after no penetration, and it is strictly forbidden to energize and heat without heat transfer oil. A protective cover should be provided outside the electric heater and grounded to prevent electric shock. Insulation measures should be taken outside the equipment to reduce heat loss. When the operating temperature is lower than 0 degrees Celsius, please specify when ordering.
