The temperature inside the kettle can be gradually controlled by the PID temperature control system to control the temperature outside the kettle, and the heating speed must be slow. The working pressure of the lining tetrafluororeactor: -0.09-+1.6MPa, the working temperature: -100-+200℃, the lining thickness: 2--6mm.

Precautions when using tetrafluoro reactor:

1. Because the stainless steel kettle body and the temperature measurement protection tube are lined with tetrafluoroethylene, special attention should be paid to the temperature difference between the heating temperature of the heating furnace outside the kettle and the temperature inside the kettle measured by the temperature measurement protection tube. The fluorine liner melts and deforms.

2. The reaction kettle lined with tetrafluoroethylene shall not be used for vacuuming. After the reaction is completed, the temperature can be lowered and the pressure disappears before opening the lid to take the material. The valve should not be opened to vent and cool, so as to avoid evacuating the PTFE sleeve.
