 Catalytic hydrogenation reactor is widely used in petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticide, dyestuff, medicine, food, used to complete the vulcanization, hydrogenation, hydrocarbonization, polymerization, condensation and other process pressure vessels, such as reactor, reaction kettle, decomposition kettle, polymerization kettle, etc..

Catalytic hydrogenation reactor has the characteristics of rapid heating, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, hygiene, no environmental pollution, no boiler automatic heating, easy to use, etc. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticide, dyestuff, medicine, food, to complete the process of sulfidation, nitration, hydrogenation, hydrocarbonization, polymerization, condensation, etc. It is based on the premise of sufficient mixing of participating reaction substances, for heating, cooling, and liquid extraction For heating, cooling, and liquid extraction as well as gas absorption and other physical changes, we need to use stirring devices to get good results, and we can design and process reactors with external coils for customers.

Catalytic hydrogenation kettle operation points: 1.

1. Before opening the console current switch, make the stirring switch and the speed control heating switch to zero.
2. Rinse the inner wall, stirring and joint surface of the autoclave with distilled water before feeding, and wipe the joint surface with cotton or silk cloth dipped in ethanol after rinsing, then slowly close the upper cover to avoid bumping the joint surface.
3. When putting on the screws, make sure to use the right number and use a torque wrench to form a cross-shaped symmetrical ground to avoid uneven force. Screws should not be torqued into place at once, and should be gradually tightened symmetrically.
4. After the screws are tightened, pump the vacuum with mechanical pump first, then repeatedly pass nitrogen gas two to four times to exhaust the air in the kettle, then pump the vacuum, pass hydrogen gas, open the stirring, raise the temperature and operate normally.
5. After the reaction, stop stirring, pump out the residual hydrogen in the kettle, pass in nitrogen again, empty the kettle, and unscrew the screws to take samples.
6. 5L hydrogenation reactor is not resistant to strong acid, and strong acids such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and nitric acid are prohibited in the reaction solution.
7. It is forbidden to operate near the reactor with sparks and to wear nail shoes.
