1. Prepare the autoclave before using it. Before feeding, check whether the reaction kettle is contaminated, clean the inner wall of the autoclave, stirring, cooling coil, temperature probe casing and joint surface with ethanol, then rinse with distilled water, and wipe with cotton or silk cloth dipped in ethanol after rinsing to prevent cross-contamination of materials. Before use, the valves must be checked for smooth flow, especially the pressure gauge and the orifice of the explosion-proof film. For the air inlet conduit, you also need to pay special attention to whether there is any blockage. If there is material contamination or blockage, the conduit and air inlet branch pipe should be removed from the kettle cover, cleaned and then installed.
2、After cleaning and drying the autoclave body, you should check the sealing first. Put the kettle body into the heating furnace, align the protruding part with the groove, gently rotate the kettle body, put it in a stable position, slowly and smoothly close the kettle body and the cover, pay special attention to protect the sealing surface, avoid collision between the cover and the sealing ring of the kettle body and damage the sealing surface, avoid collision between the cover and the sealing ring of the kettle body and damage the sealing surface. After covering, you should check whether the upper and lower interfaces of the reactor are aligned, gently rotate the kettle cover to confirm that the cover has been put flat and the sealing ring is in good contact, add the gasket and then start to put on the screws.

5. Connect the nitrogen cylinder to the autoclave inlet through the conduit and tighten the relevant screws. Open the main valve of the nitrogen cylinder and the pressure divider valve, first adjust the pressure of the pressure divider valve to the pressure required for the experiment, then open the inlet valve of the autoclave, make the gas slowly fill into the reactor, when the pressure value displayed in the reactor is the same as the pressure set on the nitrogen cylinder and no longer changes, close the inlet valve of the reactor and the outlet valve of the nitrogen cylinder in order, record the pressure value displayed in the reactor, and observe whether there is any change in the pressure after half an hour.
