Glass-lined reactor is a very good corrosion-resistant equipment, widely used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, pesticide, food and other industries. And all this is inseparable from the technical conditions of the reactor equipment itself.

　　2, acid resistance

　　 has good corrosion resistance to various organic acids, inorganic acids and organic solvents. If the glass-lined reactor sample is placed in a 20% HCI solution and boiled for 48 hours, the corrosion rate will be 0.9lg/m2.d (the excellent product index is 1.0g/m2.d).

　　3, alkali resistance

　　 Glass-lined reactors have poorer corrosion resistance to alkaline solutions than acid solutions. However, the glass-lined samples of our factory were corroded in 1N sodium hydroxide solution at a test temperature of 80°C for 48 hours. The corrosion rate was 6.76g/m2.d (the index for excellent products was 7.0g/m2.d).

　　4, operating temperature

　　 The heating and cooling of the enamel equipment should be carried out slowly. The use temperature of the glass-lined equipment manufactured by our factory is 0-200℃, and the temperature resistance is ≥200℃.

　　5, the thickness of the porcelain layer

　　The thickness of the porcelain layer of the enamel equipment is 0.8-2.0mm, and the thickness of the porcelain layer of the glass-lined equipment accessories is 0.6-1.8mm.

　　 6, withstand voltage

　　The glass-lined reactor has good insulation. When the glass-lined reactor is inspected with 20KV high-frequency electric spark within the specified thickness, the high-frequency electric spark cannot penetrate the porcelain layer.

　　7, impact resistance

　　The smaller the internal stress of the glass layer, the better the elasticity, the greater the hardness, and the higher the bending and compressive strength, the better the impact resistance. Within the specified thickness, when impacted by a steel ball with a diameter of 30mm and a weight of 112g, its impact energy is 282×10-3J (the index for excellent products is 260×10-3J).

Therefore, in general, only equipment that meets the technical specifications is qualified. Therefore, if the glass-lined reactor is to become a qualified equipment, the above technical conditions must meet the standards, so that it can exert better work efficiency.
