Glass-lined reactor is a chemical reaction container used for mixing materials and chemical reactions. In order for everyone to use it better, today I will tell you about the precautions for the stirring of glass-lined reactor:

　　 1. After the material is poured, adjust the relevant valves to the appropriate opening and closing positions, and the stirring can be turned on. The initial stage should strengthen the inspection of the stirring operation status. If there are obvious abnormalities such as noise and vibration, emergency shutdown is required. If the glass-lined reactor is filled with solid powder, etc., the stirring can be turned on only after it is fully dissolved.

　　2. The circulating water of the relevant condenser must be turned on before the reaction kettle is heated.

　　3. The exhaust bypass valve should be opened first. After slowly opening the steam valve and draining the accumulated water, pipe the bypass valve and a steam trap for draining to preheat the jacket.

4. The heating operation should be carried out with stirring as much as possible. First, slowly open the steam shut-off valve and let in steam to 0.1Mpa through the steam shut-off valve. After 15 minutes, slowly increase the pressure, increase the temperature, and control the pressure increase speed within 10 minutes. Within 0.1mpa is appropriate. The pressure in the jacket is not allowed to exceed the specified value, and the temperature rise must meet the process requirements.

　　5. Check the temperature and pressure of the glass-lined reactor frequently during the dripping and heat preservation process, comprehensively observe the dripping materials and the condition of the materials in the reactor, and make corresponding records. When the temperature and pressure of the reactor and the material interface are abnormal, corresponding measures should be taken in time to maintain the normal reaction state to prevent equipment and personal accidents.

　　 6. When taking the materials from the reactor, stop stirring for more than 2 minutes, and only after confirming that there are no other safety hazards. It is not easy to use and easy to fall off, and the hard metal container is inserted into the glass-lined reactor for sampling to avoid scratching the glass-lined surface.

　　7. During the operation of the glass-lined reactor, the TCM strictly implements the process operating procedures, and it is strictly prohibited to run over temperature, over pressure, and overload; in case of abnormal conditions such as over temperature, over pressure, and overload, immediately take corresponding measures according to the process regulations. It is strictly forbidden to react beyond the specified liquid level in the reactor.

　　 8. Check the operation of the equipment at any time, and stop and check if any abnormality is found.
