Once the leak is definitely broken sealing surface, it is necessary to return to the factory for maintenance. If the valve joint is leaking, just use a wrench in the tight line, if not, replace the valve.
Needle valve maintenance, after a long time of use, the needle valve may need to adjust the seal, if not for a long time to keep open state. All valves on the reaction kettle are sealed with double sleeve. In order to prolong their service life, please try to reduce the removal of the double sleeve nut of the needle valve. If the removal is too frequent, it will gradually fail to ensure its good sealing.
The maintenance of the sealing ring, carefully check the gasket in the enamel reactor cover before sealing the body to ensure that it is intact. After many tests, the edges of the gasket's inner and outer diameters may push out thin, irregular edges. This does not mean the gasket needs to be replaced, just that the flanges should be removed with a sharp knife. Check the joint surface of the kettle cover and body to make sure they are smooth and free of ridges, then place the lid on the enamel reactor.
