Tetrafluoroethylene is a polymer of tetrafluoroethylene.  PTFE for short.  With the exception of molten alkali metals, ptfe is almost impervious to chemical corrosion.  For example, in concentrated sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, and even boiled in aqua regia, its weight and properties are unchanged, and almost insoluble in all solvents.  It has many characteristics:

2. Strong acid and alkali resistance, pH value between 1 and 14.

Selection requirements for steel pipes and flanges lined with PTFE pipes and pipe fittings:  

1. The pipe adopts the national standard without steel pipe. Due to the process requirements, the effective diameter of the pipe lining is smaller than the nominal diameter of the steel pipe.  

2. Flanges can be made according to HG, GB, JB, ANSI, JIS, BS, DIN and other national standards as required by users. They can be forged or determined by the contract.  Sealing surfaces are plane sealing type, in order to facilitate pipeline installation, we can provide users with flat welding ring flange.  It is an important material for anti-corrosion technology and has a wide range of applications in the following fields.
