Principle of enamel (glass lined) reactor
Enamel reaction kettle (tank) is also called glass-lined reaction kettle. The enamel with high silicon content on the metal iron tire surface of the enamel reactor is then fired at a high temperature of nearly a thousand degrees to form a dense enamel lining layer, so that the enamel reactor has the dual advantages of glass-like chemical stability and metal strength.
Glass lined reactors are widely used in reactions in the production of food, silica gel, medicine, coatings, chemicals, hot melt adhesives, petrochemicals, and paints. Enamel reactors replace expensive stainless steel and non-ferrous metal equipment.
The structural principle of the enamel reactor is: the body of the enamel reactor is composed of a reaction vessel, agitator, transmission system, cooling device, safety device, etc. The sealing port of the enamel reactor adopts mechanical seal, and the other sealing points adopt the sealing form of the arc surface and the plane, the arc surface and the arc surface in line contact, relying on the high precision and smoothness of the contact surface to achieve a good sealing effect.
