4, special pot without material (heat-absorbing medium) in the case of empty pot, shall not open the steam valve and electric power, special attention is paid to the use of steam pressure shall not exceed the fixed working pressure.
5, maintenance laboratory reactor should often pay attention to the work of the whole equipment and reducer, reducer lubricant shortage should be immediately replenished, electric heating medium oil should be replaced every six months.
6、Safety valve, pressure gauge, temperature gauge, distillation hole, electric heating rod and electrical instruments on the jacket and pot cover etc. should be checked regularly, and if there is a fault, it should be exchanged or repaired immediately.
7、When the laboratory reactor is not in use, it must be cleaned comprehensively with warm water on the inside and outside walls of the vessel, and the pot body should be scrubbed frequently to keep the appearance clean and the inner liner shiny for durable purpose.
