1、Before feeding, the reactor should be checked for contamination, and the inner wall, stirring, cooling coil, temperature probe casing and joint surface of the magnetic reactor should be cleaned with ethanol.
2, then rinse with distilled water, after rinsing, it should be wiped with cotton or silk cloth dipped in ethanol again to prevent material cross contamination.
3, before use must check whether the valves are open, especially the pressure gauge and explosion-proof membrane of the pipe mouth. For the air inlet conduit, you also need to pay special attention to whether there is any blockage. If there is material contamination or blockage, the conduit and air inlet branch pipe should be removed from the kettle cover, cleaned and then installed.
4、After the kettle body is dried, it should be checked for tightness first. Put the kettle body into the heating furnace, align the protruding part with the groove, gently rotate the kettle body, put it in a stable position, then slowly and smoothly close the kettle body with the cover, pay special attention to protect the sealing surface to avoid damage caused by collision between the cover and the sealing ring of the kettle body.
5、After the cover is done, check whether the upper and lower interface of the reactor is aligned, gently rotate the cover, make sure the cover has been flattened and the sealing ring is in good contact, add the gasket and then start to put on the screws.
